About the Role
You will lead monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and annual planning for aircraft programs and departments. You will create financial models, analyze performance against plan, advise operational leaders, prepare financial reporting, and improve planning systems, dashboards, templates, and data quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, program finance, operations finance, or business finance
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operational or technical teams for planning and decision-making
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
- Communication and presentation skills for cross-functional leaders
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with planning or ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and annual planning
- Build and maintain financial models for headcount, labor, material, overhead, and operating initiatives
- Analyze actual results against plan and recommend actions for risks and opportunities
- Translate production, engineering, and program assumptions into financial impacts
- Prepare reporting packages and presentations for finance and business reviews
- Partner with leaders on hiring, labor planning, vendor spend, capital investments, and operating tradeoffs
- Build reporting, dashboards, and planning templates
- Improve planning inputs, Anaplan models, reporting workflows, and source-system integration
- Document business requirements and translate finance needs for technical teams
