You will lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations. You will define search strategies, map markets, headhunt passive candidates, manage offers and negotiations, build senior-talent networks, provide market intelligence, and use recruitment tools to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior or lead recruiter or executive search consultant
• Executive-search and headhunting experience for senior and leadership roles
• Experience hiring in robotics, AI, automation, automotive, advanced manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
• Experience closing complex business-critical roles
• Understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring
• Deliver complex and hard-to-fill searches
• Define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Design and execute sourcing strategies
• Apply executive-search methodologies, AI tools, industry networks, and competitor mapping
• Manage offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations
• Build and maintain a network of senior talent
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape insights
• Maintain a fast and high-quality hiring process
• Use ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter for data-driven hiring
• Track emerging technologies, hiring trends, and talent-acquisition innovations
