About the Role
You will build and maintain passive-talent pipelines for technical and operational roles. You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, map talent markets and competitors, create outreach campaigns, maintain candidate data in Ashby, support diversity sourcing, measure sourcing outcomes, and improve sourcing workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain passive-talent pipelines across technical and operational functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other channels
- Develop talent maps and competitor research
- Partner with recruiters on requisition prioritization and sourcing strategy
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns
- Nurture silver-medalist and evergreen candidate pipelines
- Maintain candidate data, source tracking, and pipeline activity in Ashby ATS
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives
- Improve sourcing conversion rates, response rates, and outreach effectiveness
- Improve sourcing workflows and reporting with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership
