About the Role
Design, develop, and support high-performance backend services for earn, lending, token allocation, and stablecoin yield products while collaborating with product, design, risk, and quant stakeholders and participating in production support and incident response.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience in financial or related industries
- Experience with Java, SpringBoot, and SpringCloud
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code
- Microservice and API development experience
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency control, and distributed system design
- Experience with Kafka and Redis
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with MySQL or equivalent relational databases
- Cloud-based Linux production support capability
- Understanding of finance concepts including earn, lending, and yield products
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience with earn and loan products, stablecoin yield systems, or subscription and allocation systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, high-availability backend services for Simple Earn, Flash Earn, and Loan products
- Build and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system for new token launches
- Design and implement backend systems for stablecoin yield distribution and settlement
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Risk, and Quant teams
- Participate in on-call production support and incident response
