About the Role
You will repair, rework, overhaul, restore, and upgrade robot parts, subsystems, and full robots. You will lead forensic troubleshooting, determine root causes, support warranty decisions, create work instructions, mentor technicians, manage refurbishment quality, and travel for difficult interventions.

Responsibilities
- Perform complex repair, rework, overhaul, and restoration on parts, subsystems, and robots
- Deliver approved upgrades to robots and parts
- Lead physical troubleshooting and forensic analysis
- Determine root causes and support warranty determinations
- Travel to customer sites for difficult interventions
- Author work instructions with relevant stakeholders
- Mentor technicians and contribute to skills matrices
- Own refurbishment throughput and quality for complex part families
- Certify work to specification
