About the Role
You will serve as the strategic people partner for Operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, deployment, and field service. You will use data to improve organizational effectiveness, lead talent and performance reviews, coach managers, oversee employee-relations matters, and provide guidance on non-exempt workforce practices.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of HR experience, including HR business partner roles supporting operations or manufacturing teams
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws
- Employee-relations investigation experience
- Knowledge of ADA and FMLA
- HRIS proficiency
- Experience in a high-growth technical or manufacturing company is a plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders to make data-driven people decisions
- Lead performance and talent reviews and address talent and performance gaps
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs
- Coach managers and supervisors on team effectiveness, expectations, development, accountability, and people decisions
- Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to improve People programs
- Manage employee-relations matters, investigations, and performance concerns
- Provide expertise on wage and hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, leave administration, and employee classification
