About the Role
You will develop and execute the retail growth strategy for Brazil. You will scale initiatives across channels, partnerships, product-led programs, communities, and campaigns; manage influencer and KOL relationships; support public relations; lead events and sponsorships; analyze KPIs; apply AI tools; and manage budgets and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Marketing or Growth experience
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Data-driven growth experience
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Organization and project-management capabilities
- Passion for crypto, blockchain technology and digital assets
- Portuguese fluency
- English fluency
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Brazil's retail growth strategy
- Build and scale growth initiatives across channels and partnerships
- Lead influencer and KOL relationships
- Support local public relations efforts
- Own events, sponsorships and offline activations
- Define KPIs and analyze performance
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, experimentation, personalization and content workflows
