About the Role
You will migrate HR knowledge from OneNote to ServiceNow, ensuring every item is accurately structured and written clearly for employees, managers, and HR. You will review content, identify gaps or conflicts, test knowledge items end to end, track defects, report risks, and support testing and user acceptance testing for new HR systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on HR operations or HR shared services experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or a similar case management or knowledge platform
- Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
- Experience in testing or quality assurance, including test cases, UAT, defect logging, or retesting
- Strong written English at C1 level
- Ability to work independently with incomplete or ambiguous inputs
Responsibilities
- Migrate HR knowledge from OneNote to ServiceNow
- Review migrated content and flag outdated, incomplete, or conflicting procedures
- Test recreated knowledge items for accuracy, completeness, navigation, and search
- Log, track, retest, and sign off defects
- Maintain migration and testing records and report progress and risks
- Support test preparation, execution, issue logging, and user acceptance testing for new HR systems
- Validate content and resolve issues with HR specialists, subject matter experts, and system owners
