About the Role
You will administer and support finance applications, resolve support tickets, and maintain documentation. You will lead implementations and upgrades, test releases, manage user access and reviews, support audits with system evidence, and advise on finance-system capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience administering finance applications outside an ERP across procurement, planning, close, expense, or treasury
- Experience administering finance-system integrations, including monitoring, failure resolution, and data consistency
- Experience supporting external audits and producing access and change evidence
- Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance requirements
- Experience managing support queues across several systems with competing priorities
- Willingness to stay current with product releases and own new applications
Responsibilities
- Administer and support procurement, accounts payable, planning, consolidation, travel, expense, and treasury applications
- Maintain platform stability and identify improvements
- Resolve support tickets and maintain end-user documentation
- Lead system implementations and upgrades through requirements, testing, sign-off, and post-launch support
- Test finance application releases
- Advise finance leadership on system capabilities and limitations
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
- Serve as the technical contact for system auditors
- Provide system records and user and change lists for audits
