About the Role

You will lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. You will partner with leaders on operating, capital, and headcount plans; prepare variance and trend analyses; support Board and earnings materials; improve financial systems and governance; and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.

5+ years of Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance experience
Public-company quarterly reporting experience

Responsibilities

Drive annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range financial planning
Build and optimize Opex, Capex, and headcount drivers with department leaders
Prepare variance analysis, trend reports, and operational insight packages
Support Board presentations, executive financial decks, and earnings materials
Establish and refine corporate financial KPIs
Present financial performance and capital-allocation recommendations
Implement scalable FP&A processes and governance workflows
Improve automation, data integrity, and model integration across planning and accounting systems
Support concurrent strategic finance projects
