About the Role

You will own sourcing strategy for engineering technology and software categories. You will run competitive sourcing events, negotiate commercial agreements, manage renewals and suppliers, coordinate Legal, Security, and Privacy reviews, forecast demand with stakeholders, and build AI-enabled sourcing tools and playbooks.

Requirements

4–7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience focused on technology and software.
Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or security-tooling agreements.
Understanding of software commercial models, including per-seat and usage-based pricing.
Analytical skills in unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, and benchmarking.
Working knowledge of MSAs, order forms, SOWs, and DPAs.
Experience using a procure-to-pay platform; Zip is preferred.
Experience using AI tools for redlining, negotiation preparation, benchmarking, and vendor analysis.

Responsibilities

Own category strategy and the sourcing pipeline for technology and software categories.
Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluation, and selection.
Analyze vendor pricing, usage patterns, and market benchmarks.
Lead commercial negotiations and structure software and infrastructure agreements.
Drive contract redlines and own deals through signature in Zip.
Partner with Engineering and Finance on demand forecasting and sourcing strategy.
Coordinate Security, Legal, and Privacy reviews.
Own technology-vendor renewals and supplier relationships.
Build AI-powered sourcing playbooks and tooling.
