About the Role
You will lead finance operations for APAC entities, oversee outsourced providers, and ensure accurate reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, treasury, and financial controls. You will partner with local leaders and Group Finance, support planning, and improve scalable finance processes.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification
- 6+ years of post-qualified experience
- Experience with outsourced accounting providers or shared-service finance operations
- Knowledge of statutory accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with multinational organisations and multiple legal entities
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Experience with auditors, tax advisers, payroll providers, month-end reporting, and Group consolidations
Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced finance providers in India and Taiwan
- Review and approve monthly management accounts
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and statutory requirements
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting and post journals in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Reconcile statutory accounts to Group reporting and support month-end close
- Oversee statutory accounting, tax compliance, payroll, banking, cash management, and payment runs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business decisions
- Design and maintain local financial controls and approval workflows
- Drive finance-process improvements, ERP implementation, and automation
- Act as liaison between APAC entities and UK Group Finance
