About the Role
You will build, integrate, bring up, test, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems, subsystems, and test equipment. You will own assigned hardware assets, document configurations and repairs, validate fixes with engineers, improve procedures and tooling, and train other technicians.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex electromechanical systems
- Electrical, mechanical, and system-level troubleshooting
- Complex assembly, system bring-up, rework, and component replacement
- Diagnostic equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and DAQ systems
- Linux, shell commands, and Python
- Electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, CAD, BOMs, and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Build, integrate, bring up, and maintain robotic systems, subsystems, and test equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level failures
- Own hardware and test assets, including configuration, upgrades, maintenance, uptime, and readiness
- Execute system and subsystem testing and document and escalate failures
- Reproduce failures and validate fixes with engineers
- Improve procedures, tooling, fixtures, and workflows
- Maintain hardware configuration, test, repair, and issue documentation
- Train and support technicians
