About the Role
You will define the technical vision and backend architecture for AI-native workflow systems. You will build modular multi-tenant agent platforms, design human-in-the-loop and automated workflows, improve observability and safe execution, align stakeholders, and mentor engineers and subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience building and operating AI-native workflow products or platforms
- 5+ years of experience leading and growing software engineering teams
- Experience combining software engineering, AI capabilities, operational workflows, and product thinking
- Product judgment for translating ambiguous operational problems into workflows and measurable outcomes
- Experience influencing multiple engineering and product organizations
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical vision, infrastructure, and backend architecture for an enterprise agentic framework
- Build a modular multi-tenant agent platform across operational domains
- Drive reliable backend development for agentic systems
- Design state-machine and agentic workflows
- Implement backend tracing, logging, transparency, safe execution, and rollback mechanisms
- Align roadmaps and unblock dependencies across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Set standards for backend code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor engineers and subject matter experts
