About the Role
You will design, develop, and execute automated tests for onboard software subsystems. You will validate behavior on embedded hardware in hardware-in-the-loop environments, identify test gaps, debug system-level issues, and build reusable test frameworks and CI pipelines that enable earlier developer testing.
Requirements
- Embedded software testing experience
- Linux or QNX platform experience
- Python, C++, or similar programming skills for test automation
- Embedded hardware and hardware-software interaction experience
- Complex system-layer debugging and triage ability
- Knowledge of test automation, integration testing, and system validation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests for onboard software subsystems
- Validate software behavior on embedded hardware in hardware-in-the-loop environments
- Identify test gaps and build coverage for features
- Debug and triage system-level software and hardware issues
- Contribute to CI pipelines and reusable test frameworks
- Expand test coverage and shift validation earlier in development
