About the Role
You will own GPU and SoC carrier-board development from requirements and schematics through PCB layout, bring-up, and production release. You will integrate high-speed interfaces and sensor front ends, guide signal integrity, validate boards, manage suppliers, and make sourcing, timeline, and technical trade-off decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- At least five years designing carrier boards or motherboards for GPU or SoC compute modules
- Experience integrating high-speed digital interfaces at board level
- Experience owning board designs from requirements through production release
- Schematic capture and PCB layout skills
- Understanding of signal-integrity fundamentals
- Experience managing suppliers and sourcing decisions
- Experience defining priorities, timelines, and project trade-offs
- Ability to debug high-speed interfaces during bring-up
