About the Role
You will lead schematic design for accelerator-system mezzanine cards and base boards. You will solve system-level design problems with signal integrity, PCB, and mechanical engineering disciplines; support system bring-up; manage PCBA documentation; and define test plans and equipment for bring-up and manufacturing.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience designing and developing complex server or switch systems
- Experience with 100G Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces
- Knowledge of modern AI and datacenter system architecture
- Experience designing systems alongside silicon
- Understanding of datacenter requirements for high-power AI servers
- Knowledge of modern AI systems such as ChatGPT
Responsibilities
- Lead schematic design for mezzanine cards and base boards
- Solve system-level design problems with signal integrity, PCB, and mechanical engineering disciplines
- Collaborate with ODMs and OEMs on system requirements, bring-up, and validation plans
- Ensure servers meet datacenter customer requirements
- Bring up system base boards and mezzanine cards
- Create and manage PCBA documentation, including BOMs and assembly processes
- Define test plans and equipment for bring-up and manufacturing
