About the Role
You will own compute hardware development from component selection and schematic design through PCB layout, validation, and deployment. You will design high-speed interfaces and power systems, lead board bring-up and debugging, and partner with thermal, mechanical, EMC, and software teams to integrate hardware into robotic systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing compute hardware or complex high-speed electronics
- Hands-on measurement and debugging experience with oscilloscopes probing and interface validation
- Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces signal integrity power integrity and power electronics
- Experience designing complex HDI PCBs
- Ability to use Linux shell scripts SSH and basic network troubleshooting
- Experience with AI inference SoCs or accelerators is preferred
- Experience bringing compute hardware into production is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own compute hardware architecture and development
- Design and integrate high-speed interfaces
- Develop DC-to-DC conversion and power distribution
- Define HDI PCB stackups materials via structures and routing strategies
- Lead bench bring-up validation characterization and debugging
- Partner with thermal mechanical EMC and software teams to integrate compute hardware
