About the Role
You will develop measurement plans and experiments for high-speed interconnects. You will measure electrical performance, design PCB test fixtures, perform calibration and compliance testing, and correlate measurements with simulations. You will troubleshoot with silicon, package, board, system, vendor, and manufacturing partners, then prepare validation and compliance reports with findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Develop measurement plans and design experiments for interconnects
- Measure S-parameters, insertion loss, return loss, impedance, crosstalk, eye diagrams, jitter, timing margins, and bit error rates
- Design PCB test fixtures
- Perform calibration, de-embedding, and electrical compliance testing
- Correlate measurements with simulations
- Troubleshoot issues with engineering teams, vendors, and original design manufacturers
- Prepare validation and compliance reports
