About the Role
You will lead board development for accelerator systems and design schematics for accelerator modules. You will solve system-level design problems with signal-integrity, PCB, and mechanical disciplines; work with ODMs and OEMs; bring up boards; manage PCBA documentation; and define test plans and equipment.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of complex server or switch system design and development experience
- 100G Ethernet expertise
- PCIe Gen5 expertise
- I2C expertise
- SPI expertise
- UART expertise
- AI and datacenter system architecture knowledge
- System design alongside silicon experience
- Datacenter needs knowledge
- High-power AI server knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead board development for accelerator systems
- Collaborate with signal integrity, PCB, and mechanical engineering on system-level design problems
- Work with ODMs and OEMs on system requirements, bring-up, and validation plans
- Ensure servers meet datacenter customer requirements
- Bring up system base boards and mezzanine cards
- Create and manage PCBA documentation, BOMs, and special assembly processes
- Define test plans and test equipment for bring-up and manufacturing
