About the Role
You will maintain a robotics lab, build industrial robot work cells, maintain equipment and inventory, manage contract workers during assembly surges, track project progress, improve workflows, and keep the lab and tool crib ready. You will troubleshoot electrical systems and support prototype upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of lab or warehouse maintenance experience
- PLC wiring and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read CAD drawings and assembly documentation
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude
- 5 years of precision fabrication and assembly experience
- 2 years of electrical and mechanical schematic-reading experience
- 4 years of industrial-grade electrical-wiring experience
- Experience with 480V three-phase industrial equipment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a robotics lab and industrial robot work cells
- Maintain industrial robot components and spare-parts inventory
- Manage contract workers during surge assembly
- Report project and task progress to leadership
- Participate in project meetings
- Manage workflows for process improvement
- Maintain lab cleanliness and tool-crib readiness
