About the Role
You will serve as a strategic partner to multiple C-level executives and lead experienced global People Business Partners. You will translate business priorities into talent strategies, design organizational structures, lead workforce planning and change management, and build leadership capability. You will use people analytics to guide executive decisions, coach senior leaders, coordinate with people-function partners, and develop a high-performing PBP team in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience leading people strategy through organizational transformation, AI-driven workforce shifts, rapid scaling, or technology pivots in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
- Ability to align Product and Engineering, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition priorities and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Experience building and scaling a People Business Partner team.
- Ability to advise C-suite and VP-level leaders in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
- Ability to lead aligned and accountable teams across time zones in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior people partner to C-level executives and executive teams.
- Lead global people strategy that supports team growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Architect and lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Advise global engineering teams with on-call responsibilities.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Use people analytics to assess organizational health and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coach executives and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and people challenges.
- Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, and People Operations on people programs and investments.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of People Business Partners.
