About the Role

You take full ownership of marketing at Amdax, acting as a digital marketeer at your core who handles strategy, content direction, and paid media execution yourself. You get the mandate to run marketing self-sufficiently, without approval layers but with accountability for results. Your goal is clear: build a predictable lead engine that reliably delivers warm prospects to sales, month after month. You set the annual plan and budget just as easily as you set up a Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads campaign, build a dashboard, or configure an AI agent when that is faster than explaining it to someone else. You bring freelancers in for SEO content when needed, but you keep the digital strategy and execution in your own hands.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in digital marketing independently owning strategy budget and paid media execution preferably in a financial or premium environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and analytics building and optimizing campaigns without agency support
  • Ability to operate at both strategic level (annual plan budget KPIs) and hands-on execution
  • Experience directing freelancers and getting the best results from them
  • Strong sense of ownership over your own domain
  • Familiarity with the world of wealthy entrepreneurs and family offices
  • Fluent Dutch language skills and availability for 40 hours per week
  • Experience using AI and AI agents as part of daily workflow

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing strategy annual plan and budget aligned with sales goals
  • Manage paid media in-house including Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and retargeting
  • Direct freelancers on SEO and GEO content while owning digital strategy and execution
  • Build a predictable lead engine combining SEO paid media content and nurture
  • Translate Private Wealth Managers' needs into concrete marketing actions
  • Grow the Amdax podcast and other content channels into a source of authority
  • Represent Amdax through speaking opportunities client conversations and interviews
  • Monitor SEO strategy and analytics and adjust based on performance
  • Ensure every marketing effort delivers clear sales value
  • Conduct client conversations and use insights to sharpen content and proposition
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand and Communications Manager on brand events and PR
