About the Role

You will use customer, product, and risk data to develop insights, measurement systems, and decision frameworks. You will define metrics, analyze experiments and policy changes, forecast operational demand, evaluate risk performance, and communicate findings to technical, product, risk, and business stakeholders. You will use AI tools and agent workflows throughout the data science lifecycle, lead technical standards, create reusable tooling, and mentor junior data scientists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, computer science, or a similar quantitative field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree in one of these fields with 6–8+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL
  • Experience building decision-oriented data visualizations
  • Product, analytical, and statistical judgment
  • Experience using AI tools to improve analytical work

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex product, customer, and risk data into insights, decision frameworks, and measurement systems
  • Use AI tools and agent workflows to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, generate hypotheses, and stress-test conclusions
  • Own analysis, metric definition, experimentation, forecasting, visualization, and decision support
  • Define and maintain measurement frameworks for Support and Risk Operations
  • Forecast contact demand, model staffing, and optimize queue health
  • Evaluate risk model and policy performance, monitor cohorts, identify bias or drift, and connect decisions to business impact
  • Design and analyze experiments, rollouts, and policy changes
  • Communicate insights to technical, product, business, risk, and senior stakeholders
  • Lead technical direction, standards, reusable frameworks, measurement templates, and scalable tooling
  • Partner across Support and Risk Operations to align data science work with broader strategy
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to hiring interviews and calibrations
