About the Role
You will lead complex merchant engagements involving risk fraud and machine learning optimization. You will analyze large-scale transactional and risk-model data, design experiments, identify performance gaps, build scalable analytical tools, and translate findings into practical recommendations. You will also develop reusable frameworks, document domain knowledge, collaborate with product stakeholders, and mentor other analysts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics data science risk or fraud optimization
- Payments or fintech industry experience
- Deep expertise in risk and fraud analytics
- Hands-on experience with machine learning decisioning systems and large-scale risk data
- Expert proficiency in Python SQL and PySpark
- Experience with scalable ETL pipelines and production-grade analytical systems
- Experience with Looker or Tableau
- Knowledge of hypothesis testing experiment design and regression modeling
- Experience with Spark Airflow and Git
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently
Responsibilities
