About the Role

You will answer foundational questions shaping the Robinhood Gold subscription product. You will identify customers for Gold, evaluate offers and incentives that drive signups and retention, analyze customer behavior, design experiments, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to measure business impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
Experience as a Product Data Scientist or in a similar product-partnering role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience designing experiments and interpreting results
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with subscription, recurring-revenue, or membership business models

Responsibilities

Support the Growth organization with a focus on Gold subscriptions
Design and analyze experiments for features, offers, and campaign strategies
Analyze customer behavior
Identify opportunities to grow Gold through targeting, retention, and messaging
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize initiatives
