About the Role
You will work with product and operations teams to solve business problems using data. You will generate insights from customer, merchant, and internal data; design and evaluate operational and promotional optimizations; build heuristics and machine-learning models; and own projects from scoping through stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or technical analytics
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with machine learning, causal inference, statistical modeling, or A/B testing
- Written communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Generate insights using customer, merchant, and internal data
- Design, implement, and analyze operational, promotional, and agent-network optimizations
- Build data-driven heuristics and machine-learning models
- Own analytics projects from scoping and design through stakeholder communication
- Partner with product managers and business leaders to solve practical problems
