About the Role
You will lead data-center delivery partners and site teams from deal readiness through operational handoff. You will validate transactions, track construction progress, coordinate stakeholders, resolve delivery risks, report progress, and improve facility-delivery processes while maintaining safe, high-quality sites.
Requirements
- 8+ years of senior site leadership experience in data center delivery, construction, or infrastructure deployment in Australia
- End-to-end data center development knowledge
- Entitlements and permitting knowledge
- Planning and supply chain knowledge
- Construction execution, commissioning, and handover experience
- Knowledge of Australian data center design and construction
- Independent delivery leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead data center delivery partners and project-site teams
- Validate deal readiness from LOI through lease execution
- Coordinate landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders
- Represent infrastructure requirements in technical and operational decisions
- Drive handoffs to networking and deployment teams
- Prepare executive progress reporting
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Develop facility-delivery processes and playbooks
