About the Role
You will guide enterprise treasury and finance customers from onboarding through long-term strategic use, helping them achieve measurable outcomes across cash management, foreign exchange, liquidity, and payment workflows. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop success plans, manage lifecycle engagements, resolve obstacles, and coordinate with internal teams on implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales experience
- Treasury management, fintech, banking, or enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Understanding of corporate treasury operations
- Cash management knowledge
- Foreign exchange knowledge
- Liquidity management knowledge
- Payment workflow knowledge
- Ability to interact with treasury analysts, finance managers, CFOs, and C-suite stakeholders
- Executive presentation and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Data-driven engagement and outcome tracking
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Occasional travel flexibility
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
- Drive product adoption and business value realization
- Guide customers through onboarding and long-term strategic use
- Co-create value achievement and success plans
- Develop and scale customer lifecycle engagements
- Address customer inquiries and manage obstacles
- Establish regular touchpoints with treasury and finance teams
- Advocate for customers internally
- Partner with cross-functional teams on implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewals
- Relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
