About the Role

This full-time role supports customers using Crusoe's cloud-based AI, ML, and Kubernetes solutions. The manager will guide implementations, coordinate with Product and Engineering, monitor outcomes, deliver training, resolve issues, and provide strategic technical advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar technology-driven role
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud computing, AI, and ML technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and iterative fact-sets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work on case studies highlighting customer successes
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team
  • Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based AI and ML solutions, including Kubernetes
  • Conduct regular reviews and report on customer progress, KPIs, and return on investment
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to define customer journeys, challenges, and opportunities
  • Stay current with industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes
  • Deliver customer training sessions and workshops
  • Address and resolve customer concerns
