About the Role

You will develop and deliver custom electromechanical systems and applications for client engagements. You will define technical requirements, support payload and mechanical-system development, resolve complex integration challenges, produce technical materials, and contribute insights to robotics platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, physical systems software engineering, or embedded systems development
  • Expertise in electromechanical system development and engineering platforms
  • Knowledge of robotics, embedded systems, or perception systems
  • Knowledge of hardware-software trade-offs and cross-disciplinary systems thinking
  • Ability to translate complex information into actionable requirements
  • Experience in rapid prototyping environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver custom electromechanical solutions integrated with robot and fleet-management products
  • Represent technical solutions in customer-facing engagements
  • Synthesize customer insights into technical solutions and custom applications
  • Support payload and mechanical-system development across autonomous systems
  • Resolve high-risk challenges across perception, controls, safety, compute, and hardware-software integration
  • Prepare executive presentations and technical documentation
  • Facilitate technical requirements and sprint-planning sessions
  • Evaluate technology tools that inform robotics and software investments
  • Share relevant industry insights with stakeholders
