About the Role
You will advise senior client leaders on retirement and benefit programs. You will lead pension valuations and projects involving plan terminations, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, amendments, and plan design. You will train staff, manage client budgets and timelines, respond to proposals, and lead prospective-client meetings.
Requirements
- ASA, EA, or FSA, EA credentials are preferred
- 10+ years of pension or benefit consulting experience

Responsibilities
- Advise CFOs and HR officers on retirement and benefit programs
- Review and lead annual pension valuations
- Lead projects involving plan terminations, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, plan amendments, and plan design
- Train associates and analysts
- Manage client budgets, expectations, and timelines
- Prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Lead new-business meetings with prospects
- Collaborate with internal business partners to implement client solutions
