About the Role
Supervise onsite construction activities and deliver MEP systems for large-scale AI infrastructure projects, managing schedules, budgets, inspections, quality control, testing, commissioning, logistics, contractors, and project-site travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Understanding of industry codes and standards
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, budgets, and project details
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction management software
Responsibilities
- Supervise onsite construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors
- Ensure MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries
- Develop and implement execution plans, schedules, and logistics
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Coordinate testing and commissioning efforts
- Travel as needed, up to 30%, to oversee multiple project sites
