About the Role
You will represent Nscale onsite in Gumi and oversee daily data-centre construction operations. You will monitor contractor progress, safety compliance, schedules, manpower, quality reporting, documentation, procurement, field changes, and issue resolution. You will work with construction, commissioning, operations, procurement, and platform stakeholders to ensure delivered systems meet requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an Engineering discipline, or equivalent
- At least 7 years of pre-construction experience managing data centres
- Experience supporting large-scale data-centre, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects
- Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability
- Experience working with commissioning teams and supporting transition to operations
- Familiarity with IMS and EDMS processes on large capital projects
- Ability to work in Gumi
Responsibilities
- Represent Nscale onsite and oversee daily construction operations
- Facilitate communication between leadership and general contractors
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety-program requirements
- Monitor contractor progress and adherence to project schedules
- Monitor onsite personnel and daily manpower reporting
- Validate construction, production, procurement, and QAQC reporting
- Align delivered mechanical systems with requirements
- Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, field changes, and issue resolution
- Track, audit, and verify production delivery
- Ensure accurate IMS and EDMS reporting, documentation, and filing
