About the Role
You will support the local compliance program by reviewing customer due diligence, suspicious transaction reporting, regulatory requests, marketing materials, products, customer journeys, and operational controls. You will monitor activity, identify gaps, maintain compliance documentation, map regulatory obligations, support reporting, and help improve automation and workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance AML CFT regulatory compliance risk management financial crime internal controls or legal regulatory advisory
- Experience in technology-driven fintech financial services or regulated environments
- Understanding of AML CFT KYC EDD sanctions PEP Travel Rule regulatory reporting marketing compliance and customer protection
- Familiarity with MASAK and SPK requirements
- Ability to translate regulations into operational processes and controls
- Experience reviewing marketing materials customer communications product documentation or regulatory disclosures
- Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Familiarity with compliance databases case management screening reporting data analysis or workflow automation
- Proactive mindset and high integrity
