About the Role
You will independently lead cross-functional clinical trial activities from start-up through closeout. You will manage vendors, trial plans, clinical documents, training, data activities, meetings, eTMF readiness, audits, and quality activities while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience
- At least 3 years managing oncology or rare disease trials
- Understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Understanding of cross-functional clinical processes
- Planning and project management skills
- Experience with outsourced models and vendor budget management
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Manage study start-up, maintenance, and closeout activities
- Manage change orders, vendor invoices, service costs, and accruals
- Support clinical document writing and submission readiness
- Create and update trial plans
- Develop trial training materials
- Support data management and data cleaning activities
- Monitor vendor performance and KPIs
- Coordinate study-related meetings
- Support eTMF development and maintenance
- Support audits, SOPs, and quality activities
