About the Role
You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating by telephone and email about financial markets, investment strategies, products, and platform features. You manage the full client experience from education through long-term retention, resolve complex and high-priority inquiries, and use AI tools to improve communication and support account growth.
Requirements
- Business fluency in German and English
- Strong interest in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart Portfolios, and CFDs
- Experience in a client-facing role such as account management, retention, or customer service within financial services
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to use AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve client communication
