About the Role
You will support strategic partners across APAC through operational and data-driven analysis, investigations, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will analyze large-scale datasets, build dashboards and analytical models, improve workflows with automation and AI tools, and communicate actionable findings to technical and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related field
- Experience using BI tools, SQL, and modern cloud data warehouses
- Understanding of analytics engineering concepts and modern data transformation workflows
- Stakeholder management expertise
- Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work directly with strategic enterprise partners
- Experience with large-scale operational and financial datasets
- Ability to work with ambiguity and autonomy
- Familiarity with dbt, Tableau, Python, or related analytics tools preferred
- Background in payments, fintech, subscriptions, e-commerce, or digital platforms preferred
- Experience with AI-assisted development, data analysis, or automation tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Investigate partner concerns relating to conversion performance, churn, segmentation, behavioral trends, and payment funnel optimization
- Analyze large-scale operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Perform structured investigations into ambiguous operational and commercial questions
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across payment flows, user funnels, and operational workflows
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytical models using SQL, dbt, Tableau, and related tools
- Contribute to analytical workflow, automation, and AI-assisted tooling improvements
- Use AI tools to improve analytical workflows and automate repetitive tasks
- Participate in operational meetings, troubleshooting discussions, presentations, and business reviews
- Follow up on issues and help drive them toward resolution
- Translate technical and analytical concepts into clear, actionable communication
- Build relationships with commercial teams and external strategic partners
