About the Role
You own the data foundations that support Sales and Customer Success. You build reliable warehouse models, define metrics, maintain pipelines, design dashboards and data interfaces, model CRM, usage, and billing data, and turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights and operational data products.
Requirements
- Background in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering
- Strong SQL and analytical data modeling skills
- Experience with dbt or SQLMesh
- Experience with ELT or ETL workflows and cloud warehouses
- Comfort with Python for automation and light data engineering
- Experience with dashboards, BI tools, and self-serve analytics
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on data and reporting needs
- Translate business questions into data models, analysis, insights, and data products
- Build and maintain warehouse models for product usage and go-to-market metrics
- Model CRM, usage, and billing data
- Design metrics, dashboards, and data interfaces in Hex and Lovable
- Partner on event instrumentation and schema design
- Improve documentation, observability, governance, and data practices
- Contribute to forecasting models, KPI definitions, and experimentation frameworks
- Own data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and data quality testing
