About the Role
You will own the visual craft across investor-facing surfaces, including brochures, invitations, event environments, sales decks, web pages, and paid assets. You will maintain design systems, create print and digital work, solve compliance requirements through design, use AI in production, and direct external creative partners.
Requirements
- Six or more years of design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating editorial and brand craft
- Experience designing for a luxury house, gallery, museum, serious publication, or premium consumer brand, or demonstrated understanding of that register
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day design work
- Fluency in print and digital design
- Experience shipping physical work that was printed, bound, packaged, or installed
- Hands-on command of Figma and the Adobe suite
- Ability to give and receive feedback and explain design decisions to non-designers
- Ability to work inside a regulated industry and treat compliance as a design constraint
Responsibilities
- Own the craft across every investor-facing surface
- Maintain the design system covering type, grid, colour, photography, motion, and templates
- Design the fund marketing design system
- Create long-form and content designs including due diligence summaries, research, and annual letters
- Design printed matter, direct mail, gifts, signage, event environments, launches, and private dinners
- Solve risk warnings and disclosures as design problems
- Use AI for concepting, variation, retouching, resizing, and versioning
- Art-direct photographers, illustrators, agencies, and printers
