Define and maintain the visual language across product interfaces, marketing materials, educational content, and brand assets. Create static designs, motion graphics, and 3D animations while translating complex technical ideas into intuitive visuals and overseeing projects from concept through delivery.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in a creative design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating static design and advanced motion graphics
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects
• Solid experience in 3D animation and Blender
• Up to date on evolving design trends and tools
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience setting creative standards and influencing design toolsets (nice to have)
• Familiarity with emerging design trends and technologies (nice to have)
• Prior startup experience (nice to have)

• Translate complex ideas into intuitive visual assets
• Oversee projects from concept through delivery
• Refine design processes, tools, and best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables on tight timelines
