About the Role
You will take ownership of the architectural design, development, and optimization of the core cross-border payment system, leading the implementation of technical solutions across the full payment link including acquiring, clearing, settlement, and risk control. You will dive deep into understanding fund loss risks within the payment business, designing and implementing anti-fund loss solutions such as reconciliation systems, error handling, and fund audits to protect against potential capital risks. You will connect with international payment channels including credit cards and local payment methods, and handle complex cross-border payment scenarios such as compliance, exchange rate management, and settlement. You will continuously optimize system performance and resolve core technical challenges involving high concurrency, distributed transactions, and data consistency. You will work closely with risk control, finance, product, and other teams to drive improvements in payment system stability and security.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the core logic and architecture of cross-border payment
- At least one experience as lead developer and architect for the full link of a payment system
- Clear understanding of anti-fund loss concepts with practical experience handling fund loss cases or designing solutions
- At least 2 years of experience in development and maintenance of payment systems
- Experience docking with international payment channels preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of ownership and initiative
- At least 5 years of Java development experience and 2 years of architect experience
