About the Role

You will manage day-to-day relationships with key wealth management partners and deliver high-touch client service. You will prepare client communications and analyses, coordinate product onboarding and operational support, manage reporting and product requests, support fundraising, gather competitive intelligence, and improve servicing processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in wealth management or client-facing roles
  • Experience in private markets, preferably in a client-facing or supporting role
  • Knowledge of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth investors and the wealth management ecosystem
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare technical materials
  • Technically proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate university degree with a strong academic record, ideally with a business focus
  • CFA or CAIA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of commingled fund and registered product offerings, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and wealth channel partners
  • Create customized presentations, due diligence materials, market updates, fund updates, and client communications
  • Own recurring and ad hoc client requests, including reporting, portfolio reviews, custom analyses, product inquiries, and performance requests
  • Lead onboarding of products onto wealth platforms
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and prepare diligence materials, presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate operational setup and ongoing product support
  • Support servicing workflows for registered products and evergreen vehicles
  • Partner with sales professionals to support fundraising efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve client servicing processes and develop scalable solutions
  • Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry events and trends
