About the Role
You will prepare project materials and pitch decks, maintain financial models, support due diligence, and track capital-raising deals. You will research financing structures and interest-rate hedging, perform scenario analysis, update KPI reporting, draft financial presentations, and conduct market research on capital structures.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Understand financial modeling
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiently
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Manage multiple tasks independently
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Prepare project information materials and pitch decks
- Maintain and audit financial models
- Support due diligence and fulfill information requests
- Maintain deal trackers
- Research competitor financing structures
- Gather data for interest-rate and cost-of-capital scenario analysis
- Research interest-rate hedging mechanisms
- Draft presentations, financial summaries, and analysis
- Maintain management and investor KPI dashboard reporting
- Conduct market research on capital structures and financing vehicles
- Complete additional finance projects as assigned
