About the Role
You will monitor content and user behavior for terms-of-service violations, with a primary focus on protecting minors. You will investigate complex child-safety cases, manage escalations and reporting, process appeals, audit automations, label safety use cases, and provide inputs that strengthen safety protocols and enforcement systems.
Requirements
- Expertise in improving large language models related to child sexual exploitation
- Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and preventing child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation
- Knowledge of relevant legal obligations and industry standards for protecting minors
- Experience in online safety and harm reduction
- Ability to interpret and apply safety policies
- Ethical reasoning and risk-assessment skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and ethical decision-making skills
- Data-analysis expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience in online child safety, criminal investigations, Trust and Safety operations, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Monitor content and behavior that violates terms of service and escalate as needed
- Investigate and mitigate child-safety threats and risks
- Recognize cases requiring internal legal escalation or external reporting
- Respond to time-sensitive, high-impact escalations
- Process appeals, audit automations, and label use cases
- Provide labels, annotations, and inputs for safety protocols and policy-compliance projects
- Support curated data that reinforces rules and ethical alignment
- Provide feedback that improves AI defenses and rules enforcement
