About the Role

You will build and operate an enterprise AI governance framework. You will design risk and impact assessments across the AI lifecycle, interpret AI and privacy regulations, establish AI inventory and evaluation requirements, develop risk-tiered processes, translate model testing into practical procedures, advise on privacy, deliver training, and monitor regulatory developments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building deploying and managing AI or privacy governance programs
  • Qualification as a lawyer or governance professional
  • Experience in AI governance privacy or technology risk
  • Experience in payments financial services or another regulated industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the EU AI Act NIST AI RMF ISO/IEC 42001 GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
  • Familiarity with LLMs agentic AI human-in-the-loop design and tool permissioning
  • Understanding of model evaluation fairness bias drift performance explainability and red teaming
  • Experience translating regulations into practical guidance
  • Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • IAPP AIGP CIPP/E CIPP/US or CIPM certification preferred
