About the Role

You will support Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, controls, and governance documentation. You will maintain AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory compliance frameworks; prepare materials for senior stakeholders and regulators; track remediation; support inspections; and contribute to compliance training.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance experience with a MAS-regulated Singapore entity.
  • Experience supporting Singapore regulatory license applications, change programs, remediation, or supervisory engagements.
  • Working knowledge of the MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules, regulations, notices, and circulars.
  • Experience drafting compliance policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, and governance papers.
  • Program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and automation of work deliverables.
  • Professional certification such as CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and update Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, controls, and governance documentation.
  • Maintain AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Prepare governance materials, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation updates, and regulatory briefing papers.
  • Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control enhancements, and remediation actions.
  • Prepare management information and governance reporting for the CMS compliance program.
  • Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests.
  • Contribute to compliance training and awareness activities.
