About the Role
You will manage day-to-day operational processing and service delivery for corporate and retail clients. You will maintain controls, manage risks and errors, support change delivery, produce governance reporting, and help develop colleagues while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in finance, business, or a numerate discipline
- Operations experience in the wealth management or platform industry
- Platform-industry knowledge from retail client to asset-servicing delivery
- Client-services experience
- Technical operational knowledge relevant to the functional area
- Change-management experience
- Knowledge of financial-services risk and compliance policies
- Knowledge of the UK financial-services regulatory framework, including CASS, COBS, COLL, SYSC, HMRC, and tax regulations
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processing, regulatory, and financial-risk activities
- Deliver accurate and compliant services against client KPIs
- Support functional change from delivery through implementation
- Maintain operational controls to reduce errors and mitigate fraud
- Manage risk reporting, control attestations, and breach reporting
- Support audits, client visits, governance meetings, and release boards
- Provide knowledge transfer and support direct-report performance
- Ensure compliance with client-asset, client-money, and financial-services regulations
