About the Role
You will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, review invoices, perform three-way matching, and support payment runs. You will resolve vendor issues, maintain compliance, support close activities, monitor performance, and improve procure-to-pay systems and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounts-payable or procure-to-pay experience
- ERP and accounts-payable automation-tool experience
- Knowledge of purchase-order invoicing, three-way matching, and procure-to-pay processes
- Knowledge of Norwegian VAT regulations and financial compliance
- Analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable activities within procure-to-pay
- Process and review supplier invoices, coding, approvals, and documentation
- Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate complex invoice issues
- Prepare and review payment runs
- Manage supplier inquiries, statement reconciliations, and vendor account issues
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, US regulations, and Norwegian VAT regulations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Monitor accounts-payable performance metrics
- Contribute to automation, system enhancements, and process standardization
- Provide guidance on complex accounts-payable matters
