About the Role

You'll help build scalable accounting processes, stronger financial controls, and accurate reporting across every entity as LemFi grows fast globally. You'll own month-end close, prepare financial statements, run point on audits, and partner with the data team to build real financial visibility.

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growth fintech, technology, or similarly dynamic business
  • ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent accounting qualification
  • Experience preparing statutory and non-statutory financial statements and monthly management accounts
  • Experience supporting or leading audits and working with external auditors and financial partners
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls
  • Confidence working with financial data and building scalable reporting processes
  • Proactive and organised approach to resolving issues
  • NetSuite experience is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Looker is nice to have

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable accounting and financial control processes
  • Own the month-end close for assigned entities and deliver accurate management accounts on time
  • Prepare entity-level financial statements in line with applicable GAAP and file on schedule
  • Run point on audits and work directly with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners
  • Strengthen internal controls, reporting systems, and documentation
  • Partner with the data team to improve financial visibility using Tableau and Looker
  • Work across finance, data, and business teams to align accounting outputs with FP&A
